These terms describe the website and introduction service offered by Elevate Services through Elevate Surgeons. Please read them before using the service.
Our service
Elevate Services helps surgeons request an introduction to a tax attorney. The service is designed for surgeons with annual personal income of $400,000 or more who want to explore tax planning. This audience description is not a guarantee of suitability, savings, acceptance by a professional or availability in every jurisdiction.
Elevate Services does not provide tax, legal, investment or accounting advice. Website information is general information and should not be relied on to make tax or legal decisions. A qualified professional must evaluate your individual circumstances.
Introductions, professional engagements and fees
Requesting an introduction is free and without obligation. It does not create an attorney-client relationship, and it does not commit you to purchase legal services. Any professional engagement is a separate agreement between you and the attorney or other professional, including its scope, fees, confidentiality and any required notices.
Attorney engagements may cost approximately $20,000; the professional will explain actual fees and scope before you decide whether to proceed. Fees, other implementation costs, timing and potential benefits should be discussed directly with the professional. Tax savings and other outcomes are not guaranteed.
Elevate Services does not guarantee that an introduction will result in an engagement, a particular strategy or any financial outcome.
Information and communications
Please provide accurate contact information and relevant details. Do not submit confidential tax documents, Social Security numbers, bank details, patient information or similar sensitive material through an advertising or general inquiry form. A request may require further discussion before an introduction can be arranged.
By requesting an introduction, you ask Elevate Services to contact you about that request using the details you provide, subject to your preferences and applicable law. Optional marketing consent is separate. If you opt in to text messages, frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Marketing consent is not a condition of requesting an introduction or buying services.
Information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. The privacy and engagement practices of the professional involved in an introduction are separate from ours.
Appropriate use
Use the website for lawful purposes. Do not submit false or unauthorized requests, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another person’s information. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older.
